General Sales Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

These general sales terms and conditions are established by Ulaland and are subject to change. They apply to and govern all orders placed via the website

By confirming their order, the customer declares that they have read, understood, and automatically accepted these T&Cs.

Ownership of Website Content

All texts, comments, illustrations, and images reproduced on the website are reserved under copyright and intellectual property rights worldwide. Therefore, in accordance with the provisions of the intellectual property code, only private use is authorized, subject to different or more restrictive provisions of the intellectual property code. Any total or partial reproduction of the website is strictly prohibited without prior agreement. Copying or using these elements grants no rights over them. In this sense, the reproduction, publication, transmission, modification, or distribution, by any means or form, of the elements constituting this website (including software) is expressly prohibited. Failing this, Ulaland reserves the right to take legal action against the offenders.

Order Process

The customer can place an order on the website The order process is as follows:

1) Selection of products and adding them to the cart

2) Validation of the cart's content

3) Providing customer and recipient information (Name / First Name / Billing Address / Shipping Address / Email Address / Phone Number)

4) Acceptance of the T&Cs

5) Order confirmation

6) Payment validation

During these various steps, the customer can view the order's details and total price and can correct any errors before confirming the order to express their acceptance. Payment of the product price makes the order final, and no modification of the order can be considered by the seller. The contract is only effective after the seller confirms the order. The seller will confirm the order and its payment by sending an automatic email to the email address provided by the customer. The seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over the payment of a previous order or who presents any form of risk in the seller's view. All information provided by the customer is their sole responsibility, and any anomalies caused by the customer will not be attributed to the seller if the seller is unable to fulfill the order successfully.

Sale Prices

All prices on our website are expressed in CHF (Swiss Francs) and EUR (Euros). They do not include delivery fees or any other costs (customs duties, foreign VAT, etc.) borne by the buyer. The prices of our products are subject to change without notice. Special offers, sales, or discounts are valid only until the specified date or while stocks last.


The accepted payment methods will be:

  • Credit card payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Mobile application payment: Apple Pay, Google Pay
  • Twint (available in Switzerland)

Ulaland implements all means to guarantee the confidentiality and security of payment data transmitted by the customer during transactions via the website, using the integrated payment platform Stripe. In this regard, the website uses a secure SSL (Secure Socket Layer) payment system.

Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by the issuing bank. If the issuing entity does not authorize the payment, Ulaland will not be responsible for any delay or failure in delivery and will not formalize any contract with the customer.

Once Ulaland has received the customer's order via the website, a pre-authorization will be made on the corresponding card to ensure that there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. The card will be charged when the shipping confirmation is sent to the customer.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery fees are clearly indicated during the order process. Ulaland delivers in Switzerland and worldwide. Orders will be processed promptly, within 1 to 5 business days from the date of purchase. For personalized products, the time required to produce the product will be between 2-3 weeks. Shipping and delivery are handled by the Swiss Post, with parcels requiring a signature (PostPac signature package in Switzerland or equivalent abroad), to the address provided by the buyer during the order process.

  • 1 to 3 business days in Switzerland,
  • 4 to 12 business days in Europe,
  • 10 to 30 business days elsewhere in the world.

Return and Refund Policy

If a product does not meet the buyer's expectations, they can exchange or return it to Ulaland within 7 (seven) days of the delivery date. The return is at the buyer's own risk and expense (except in the case of a size change or a return due to a product defect, which will be covered by Ulaland). Custom orders cannot be returned unless there is a product defect (in color, shape, or size as ordered).


In the case of an exchange of size, color, or model, the buyer must follow these steps:

- Contact to inform Ulaland about the change. Ulaland will contact you as soon as possible to arrange the exchange*.

 * If you want to exchange a product that was purchased with a discount for another size, you will not need to pay any price difference, and the shipping costs will be covered by Ulaland.

*If the product you want to exchange now includes a discount, and you want to exchange it for another size, no price difference will be charged.

*If the price of the product you want to exchange is higher than the new product you want, we will send you the new product and refund you the price difference.

*If the price of the product you want to exchange is lower than the new product you want, you will need to pay the price difference by bank transfer or Twint to the bank details that we will provide.


In the event of a return as described above, Ulaland will refund the buyer the corresponding amount as soon as possible, after deducting any promotions, vouchers, discounts, or commercial benefits that may have been obtained at the time of purchase. Ulaland will not refund the buyer if the products are returned used, damaged, or in a condition that does not allow them to be resold, and/or without their packaging or labels. In this case, the products will be returned to the buyer at their expense, and no refund will be issued by Ulaland. When returning a product, the buyer must follow the following procedure:

- Contact to inform about the return.
- Properly package the product and place it in a parcel.
- Send it by parcel with a signature requirement. It is important to retain the postage certificate to be able to track the parcel.
- The parcel must be sent to: Ulaland, Ch du Caro 7, 1615 Bossonnens (Switzerland).



All items offered on the website are subject to the legal warranty concerning the consequences of defects that may affect the products, as provided by the Civil Code. The customer has a period of 3 days from the date of delivery to notify Customer Service or send an email to of any reservations or claims regarding non-conformity or apparent defects in the delivered items. After this period and failing to have respected this formality, the items will be deemed to be in conformity and free of any apparent defects, and no claim can be validly accepted by the seller.

Differences in Colors Compared to Online Color Charts

Please note that the use of different display technologies and your individual screen settings can result in changes in color display. Therefore, the colors displayed on your screen may slightly differ from the actual color shown on our color charts. If in doubt, we recommend comparing the color chart on another screen or contacting us.

Changes to T&Cs

Ulaland may revise these T&Cs at any time, and any revision will replace the current T&Cs accordingly. Users will be bound by these revised T&Cs and should periodically visit this page.
